Evolving a painting by simply being spontaneous is great even if you’re over painting until you get what you want – it was an experiment for effect. The artist loves painting trees. The painting principally consists of two colours, blue and red. It’s stormy, very windy day, the gate is swirling and moving with the tree, it appears that heads are wedged on the gate, did they get blown there! When you are in the moment of being spontaneous, something’s you can’t explain or make sense of, the artist would like you to work out your own interpretation, he thinks that would be good to start.
