Renovating & refurbishing

One of my favourite designers is William Morris who summarised it perfectly when he said – “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful”. I love the “arts and crafts” art nouveau and deco period. I also enjoy renovating and the restoration of paintings, furniture and antiques. Below is an old Victorian clock I restored back to its former glory. I’ve enjoyed applying gold leaf highlighting certain detail. I’ve experience in whole range of antique restoration bringing them back to their original condition, or slightly restoring a bronze or a piece of china.
