LPS3 The Tree of Life

I painted this piece in 2004, shortly after my grandson was born. It’s a deeply personal work, filled with symbolism and love. The three principal fruit trees represent my family: the two large trees symbolize my son and his wife, while the small tree signifies the birth of my grandson, showcasing the combined fruits of their love. The baby tree practically glows with the light of new life and the boundless love surrounding him.
The fallen fruit represents fertility and the promise of more to come. And indeed, they went on to have two more beautiful daughters, completing their family. This painting is a constant reminder of the joy and love that my family brings to my life.
